These reasons are important and justify the hunger pangs ahead. You will shine in your finest hour, and then, like Cinderella, the clock will strike twelve and everything will be back to normal.
And if you think that you will last a week and lose 7 kilograms and this result will stay with you forever, then I hasten to disappoint you. No. It won't stay. Simply because the weight loss in the first week is mainly due to the removal of excess fluid from the body and the maximum emptying of the intestines. As you understand, such a result cannot last long.
How to lose weight in a week without harm
Now the most important moment. For these seven days in which you will lose weight, you will have a serious deficiency of vitamins and minerals. If you decide to start everything tomorrow, start taking multivitamins first thing in the morning. Of course, in a week, it is unlikely that anything will happen to your balance of essential substances in the body, but it does not hurt to play it safe.
The diet I'm going to give you will have almost no fat. And the body needs it for healthy functioning. So be sure to buy flaxseed oil or fish oil and drink it every day. This is really important. It can even be said that this is the most important condition for successful weight loss.
And it will be just great if you continue to take one of these substances constantly after this diet.
Drinking enough water is also very important. I have already expressed my opinion about how much water a person needs per day, now I will only repeat: drink so that your urine is always light. It is very important that the vegetables are fresh (ie raw). That's the only way to get the most out of them. Throw in a pepper and it goes from a high-fiber product to a high-carb vegetable. So no need for experiments. We eat only what is indicated
